Take part in our survey and help us to find the best local employers 

Would you like to know who are the best employers in your area? Are you working for one of them?

Providing you work for an organisation with at least 20 employees, you can help us to answer these questions by ensuring the organisation you work for has registered to take part in the program. If they have, you will receive an email or letter from the Local Employer Awards asking you to complete a survey about your employer.  If you want your organisation to be registered and they are not, please complete a nomination form, and we will contact your organisation directly.

Taking part will give you the opportunity to voice your opinions and provide feedback to your employer in an open and honest way. By doing so, you will help your employer understand how they are doing, both good and bad.

The survey is completely confidential, and your responses will not be made available to your employer.  The survey is administered by TalentDrain, a specialist employee engagement and retention organisation. They will only provide your employer with information about the responses at a group level, so individual responses will remain anonymous.
