Survey Details

The online survey you will be asked to fill out will take 10-15 minutes to complete. All your responses are anonymous, so your individual answers cannot be identified by either your organisation or your manager. If you would like to understand more about the survey, please read on below.

The first section of the survey asks you to complete some questions about your demographics (gender / age etc) so that we can look at trends by these groups.

We then ask some general questions about your views on the performance of your organisation in the following areas :

  • Clarity ie do you understand what the organisation is trying to achieve and the role you play?
  • Confidence ie are you confident in the strategy and leadership, and what they have to do?
  • Enablement ie have you been provided with the resources needed to deliver against the strategy? Are individuals and teams aligned? Do you have sufficient support?
  • Impact ie  What is the impact of any recent decisions made by the organisation?

This profile will give your organisation  a truly unique insight into your ability to perform and highlight the key inhibitors to performance.

We then look at employee engagement & commitment. We use a proven employee commitment model which gives clear insight into the factors driving engagement and the likely causes of dis-engagement and turnover.
