Sample Reports
There are several different types of report that can be generated from the survey process. A summary report is provided free of charge for all participating organisations, provided that more than 5 people completed the survey. A sample of a summary report can be viewed by clicking here.
The summary report shows the main findings for your organisation in terms of :
- The reported career intentions of your employees, in terms of intention to stay
- areas that could be improved to increase levels of engagement and retention of employees that you are at risk of losing
- areas that are really appreciated by your employees who intend to stay
- an indication of your employees views of your organisation’s performance
- a summary of the demographics of the employees who have completed the survey
A full detailed report goes on to provide a full analysis of the responses to all questions in the survey, grouped into categories covering:
- career intentions, as above, and factors influencing decisions to stay or leave
- the employees views of the performance of the organisation in terms of clarity, confidence, enablement and impact
- levels of satisfaction, grouped under the following categories: the job, the people, the transaction, organisation, environment
- overall committment (emotional engagement)
- open ended comments (provided in separate excel file)

Detailed reports are available for
- Groups of organisations (eg all Northern Beaches or North Shore)
- Single organisations, representing all the data from a single organisation
- sub-groups within an organisation (eg the ‘At Risk’ group, or ‘all management’, or “all employees with tenure less than 2 years etc)
