Survey Details

The survey used is  Talent Engage, which provides a unique blend of  employee engagement and organisational performance measures. This anonymous, online questionnaire takes around 10-15 minutes for the candidate to complete. The questionnaire measures key factors that have been proven to relate directly to employee commitment and intention to stay. In addition, Talent Engage provides an incredibly powerful insight into the levels of confidence in the organisation and individuals’ ability to perform; clarity of purpose and how enabled they are to deliver.

Participating organisations all receive a summary report with their engagement scores, ranking and areas where they are doing well plus areas for improvement. Additional detailed reports are also available on request, from TalentDrain.
